His experience includes project and construction management, quantity surveying, procurement, contract administration, claims, extensions of time, variations and commercial management on major building and infrastructure projects.

Chartered Architect with extensive experience in feasibility studies, master planning, concept and detailed design, tender documentation, project administration and construction supervision. His project experience includes airports, high-rise developments, institutional projects, port-related works and major commercial developments.

Holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and an MEng in Structural Engineering Design from the University of Moratuwa. More than 30 years of professional experience covering structural design, project management and major aviation-related development work, with professional memberships in Sri Lankan engineering and structural engineering institutions.

Chartered Engineer with long-standing experience in fire protection, fire detection, air-conditioning, electrical and plumbing systems. His career includes senior management of major MEP operations and project delivery in Sri Lanka and overseas.

Holds a B.Sc. Engineering (Hons) from the University of Peradeniya, with more than 16 years of experience covering planning, MEP and civil project management, lift systems, engineering management and project controls on major high-rise and construction projects.
